Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all physical goods like Gi's or apparel are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
